1 1/2cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar(i've only ever used regular white vinegar)
1 tsp vanilla(for an extra punch i use peppermint extract)
1 cup cold water or cold coffee
preheat oven to 350
sift dry ingredients together in an ungreased 9x9 pan. make a well in the center and pour the wet ingredients into it. combination will bubble.
mix well with a fork until smooth
bake for 25-30 minutes
eat within 2 days(never been a problem here lol)
what i do as well is when it comes out of the oven, i sprinkle chocolate chips on the top. i've used mint chocolate chips as well(can you tell i like mint?)

They do indeed sound yum, i will have to work out this cup thing so i can make them.
On another note, My card arrived! Its gorgeous. Its now sat on top of my computer (will take a picture when i get a camera). Thank you so much for it, it was nice getting such fun post.
