thanx to Cindy for the very yummy blueberry/lemon coffee cake she dropped off this afternoon. saved me from having to sacrifice more quilting time to make dessert lol!

Blueberry Coffee Cake
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup frozen blueberries, cranberries or raspberries
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients.
In another bown beat eggs, mix in cooking oil & milk. Pour into dry ing. Mix. Fold in blueberries. Scrape into a bundt pan.
Mix topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake in 350 oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle with icing sugar mixed with lemon juice.
