Orange Dream Cheesecake
1/3 cup Graham Crumbs
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (10.2 g) JELL-O Light Orange Jelly Powder
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 tub (250 g) Light Cream Cheese Spread
1-1/2 cups thawed Light Whipped Topping
1 SPRINKLE graham crumbs onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray. Stir boiling water into dry jelly powder in large bowl 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 5 min.; pour into blender. Add cheeses; cover. Blend well, stopping occasionally to scrape side of blender container; pour into large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2SPREAD onto bottom of pan.
3REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Jazz It Up
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs or thin peeled orange slices.
