Mix-in-the-Pan Chocolate Chip Cake
1/3 cup Oil
2 squares Unsweetened Chocolate
1-1/3 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 pkg. (300 g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, divided
HEAT oven to 375°F.
HEAT oil and unsweetened chocolate in 9-inch square pan in oven 4 min. or until chocolate is melted; stir until blended.
ADD next 6 ingredients; beat with fork 2 min. or until well blended. Stir in half the chocolate chips; sprinkle with remaining chips.
BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
