Disappearing Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2-1 3/4 cup milk as needed
*sometimes I add in a handful or two of chocolate chips*
Mix the first four ingredients. Add cocoa and mix well.
In separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to wet ingredients. Mix all together.
Pour into greased pan(I like using my bundt pan) this fits in a 9x13, or an 8x8 and gives you 6 cupcakes)
Bake at 350*F for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Cake will bounce back when touched.
