progress

I made a list May 1st of what quilts I needed to complete by July 1st.

The list isn't very long, only 4 quilts ranging from a baby to a double size.

But this is as far as I have gotten on quilt 1.

Stay tuned!

quilt monday

 The baby quilt parade continues!

Another one of my favourites from the book Happy Hour by Atkinson Designs.

quilted with Cotton Candy

How cute are these fabrics?

I had just enough left of one of my favourite flannel backings for this one.

Isn't it adorable?

Happy Monday!

quilt monday

As per usual, I could not love this more.

This was such a quick make.
The whites are all low volumes, some have a check of the same teal in them.

quilted with Malachite

I used the teal also a binding which I love how it pops.

My nephew has been away for school. I finished the quilts the day before he came home, unknown to me.
Now it's sitting in a box in his room at his grandparents while he waits (not so) patiently for his family's new house to be finished.

Happy Monday!

busy busy

I made a list on the weekend of the quilts I needed to do between May 1 and July 1.

And the list was a lot bigger than I had though!

So I jumped on in and started on the what I hope, is the quickest make.

Maybe I should have started with the one that needed to be made first? lol. Time will tell.

quilt monday

I've made so many of these quilts; they are so quick and easy to make up. They only take 4 FQs and some yardage which is also a win.

I got a FQ stack waaaaay back in 2020 and it just sat and waited. I had enough FQs to make 3 of these quilts so I got to sewing.

I made all the blocks at the same time.
The borders decided which blocks went into which quilt and I think it worked out pretty well.

I love how the blue pops in this one.

quilted with Surf's Up

All the oranges!

quilted with Popcorn

And the last one

quilted with Popcorn

So pretty.
So fun!

Happy Monday!
